Denna uppsats är en skildring av privat och kommunal assistans. Syftet med undersökningen är att få reda på hur de privata respektive kommunala assistansbolagen arbetar och styr sina verksamheter utifrån kvalitet. Vår datainsamling har vi erhållit genom intervjuer med åtta personer varav fyra brukare och fyra personal. Vi har valt att intervjua personer både inom privat och kommunal sektor. Vårt val kring respondenter har med anledning till att få information både ur personalens perspektiv och ur ett brukarens perspektiv kring verksamheterna.

This essay is a depiction between private and municipal assistance. The purpose of the survey is to find out how the private and municipal assistance companies work and manage their operations based on quality. We have obtained our data collection through interviews with eight people, four of whom are users and four are employees. We have chosen to interview people in both the private and municipal sectors. Our choice of respondents is to obtain information both from an employee's perspective and from a user's perspective about the operations.
