Abstract [en]

Studiens resultat tyder på flera likheter bland rektorerna och dessutom synliggörs vissa skillnader i de tre olika kategorierna som implicerar lärandeuppdrag, organisationsnivå och yrkesrollen. Efter att ha sorterat och analyserat det empiriska materialet blev dessa tre övergripande teman begripliga och lättare att uppfatta.
