This study concludes that successful ERP implementation in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) requires a flexible, context-aware approach that balances structured planning with adaptability. Standardized implementation frameworks often fall short in addressing the unique challenges SMEs encounter, such as constrained resources, limited technical capacity, and evolving operational needs. The findings highlight the importance of offering more practical and tailored ERP support that extends beyond initial deployment to include long-term user engagement, continuous training, and support for integrating emerging technologies. By bridging the gap between theory and the lived realities of SMEs, this research contributes to the development of more applicable ERP implementation models suited to smaller and medium enterprises.
