    Abstract [en]

    Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) fingerprinting is a popular technique in the fieldof indoor positioning. Many studies on the subject exist acknowledging Wi-Fi signal variationconnected to Wi-Fi signals, but does not discuss possible signal variation created byconnected devices nor consequential precision loss.Understanding more about the origins of signal variation in received signal strength indication(RSSI) fingerprinting would help deal with or prevent them as well as provide moreknowledge for applications based on such signals. Environments with a varying number ofconnected devices would benefit from knowing changes in localization precision resultingfrom the devices connecting and disconnecting from the access point because it wouldindicate whether workarounds for such circumstances would be necessary.To address this issue, the work presented here focuses on how the precision of RSSIfingerprinting vary given different levels of connected Wi-Fi devices. It was carried out byconducting real world experiments at times of low- and normal levels of connected devices toaccess points on two separate locations and evaluating precision changes between statedactivity levels. These experiments took place at the University of Borås as well as at Ericssonin Borås.Experimental findings indicate that the accuracy does deteriorate in higher levels of activitythan in low activity, even though not enough evidence to determine the precision ofdeterioration. The experiments thereby provide a foundation for location-based applicationsand services that can communicate the level of positional error that exist in differentenvironments which would make the users aware but also make the applications adaptaccordingly to different environments. Based on the precision achieved, we identify variousapplications that would benefit from our proposed model. These were applications that wouldtrack mobile resources, find immobile resources, find the movement flows of users as well asnavigation- and Wi-Fi coverage applications.Further research for investigating the exact correlation between access point stress andprecision loss is proposed to fully understand the implications connected devices have onRSSI fingerprinting.

    BAKGRUND: Språkforskarna är idag överrens om fördelarna med tidig språkinlärning och redan 1991 års läroplansbetänkande gav direktiven att engelskundervisningen borde påbörjas i år 1. Kommunaliseringen av skolan i början av 90-talet förde med sig att kommunerna fick möjlighet att själva bestämma när starten av engelskundervisning ska ske, vilket har fått till följd att upplägget skiljer sig åt från kommun till kommun. Den allsidiga kommunikativa förmågan står i fokus i kursplanen i engelskas målformuleringar och tala och lyssna är de delar som bör prioriteras i yngre elevers engelskundervisning. SYFTE: Undersökningens syfte är att undersöka lärares, i år 1-3, tankar om engelskundervisning. Frågeställningarna jag utgår ifrån är hur lärare i år 1-3 resonerar kring ämnet engelska samt hur de undervisar i engelska. METOD: Jag har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning. För datainsamlingen har jag använt redskapet self report. RESULTAT: De flesta lärarna i min undersökning anser att det är lämpligt att introducera engelskämnet vid den tidpunkt som är aktuell på den skola där de arbetar medan några anser att det kan göras tidigare. Samtliga lärare har med engelska inslag i sin undervisning, även de som själva inte undervisar i engelska. Dessa inslag är ofta av en lättsam karaktär. Sånger samt teman och områden som är bekanta för eleverna, exempelvis färger, familjeord och räkneord, är vanligt förekommande. Lärarna är överrens om att tala och lyssna är de viktigaste delarna att arbeta med inom engelskämnet.

    Bibliotheca Alexandrina: Den fjärde Pyramiden?2006Independent thesis Advanced level (degree of Master (One Year))Student thesis
    Abstract [en]

    This is a master thesis about the reconstruction of Bibliotheca Alexandrina. With a hermeutical approach utilizing literature review and interviews it examines how the library have come into existence, and what the Swedish efforts have been to help the project along. Using a mainly structural perspective, the major factors examined are world politics, Egyptian society and library values. The conclusion is that myths about the ancient library of Alexandria, the city of Alexandria itself, world politics, a more stable Egyptian society, improved world and Egyptian economy, an improved Egyptian reverence for reading and writing, less censorship, more freedom of speech and Egyptian national pride all have contributed to new library. Swedish efforts by Sida, the Swedish Institute in Alexandria, FAV and SWEBA have mainly been in the areas of information technology, education of Egyptian library staff and childrens literature.

    Abstract [en]

    The aim of this thesis is to research if and in that case how, marketing of Swedish public libraries is used as a possible work method in a time when they are marked by changes in the form of cut backs and technical innovations. With a strive to get an overview by the possible debate I have chosen to do a closer exam of 20 texts published in five of the biggest Swedish library publications during a period of 20 years. My research is based mainly upon Philip Kotler’s marketing theories regarding non-profit organization as well as Eileen Elliot de Saéz interpretations of these to a library context. The first part of the essay therefore consists of an introduction of these, as well as a rendering of their method of work, which shows the width of the conception of marketing. These models are therefore a base for the second part of the essay, which consists of a text – and idea analysis of the publication texts. Another aspect of my research is whether the ideas of marketing are interlinked with the view of the libraries role and their main tasks. My result shows that a development has occurred during the years, which the articles were published. The use of marketing foremost as Public Relations and outreach programme has evolved into a wider understanding of the subject. The influences of Kotler’s theories are visible in the articles both indirect and explicit. Overall, a positive view to marketing as a work method is adopted in the articles but a wider knowledge of the subject is often sought after. The articles also show that a positive attitude towards marketing is often interlinked with a customer oriented view of the libraries role.

    Managementska låneord bland låneböckerna: Om bibliotekariers attityder till marknadsmetaforer på biblioteket2011Independent thesis Advanced level (degree of Master (One Year))Student thesis
    Abstract [en]

    Over the last decades, language in the public sector has changed due to influence from New public management. In this thesis, I seek to investigate librarians’ attitudes towards a more businesslike way of speaking about libraries, referred to here as management-speak. For this purpose, I’ve used a modified version of the matched guise technique. A magazine article on libraries was altered so that one version contained more management-speak and the other one less. 500 randomly chosen Swedish librarians were asked to rate one of the two versions on a five point Osgood-scale. Statistical analysis of their answers shows that while respondents who read the version containing less management-speak rated it more favorably, the difference was small and not statistically significant. These results would suggest that librarians in general may not hold any particularly strong attitudes, positive or negative, towards management-speak. However, librarians who graduated in the eighties or later and librarians who do not hold a managerial position are more likely to perceive the writer as younger when she uses more management-speak, while research librarians will probably see the writer as more trustworthy when the management-speak is toned down.

    Specialarbetet försöker förteckna samtliga tecknade serier som inte är periodiska. Kriteriet har varit att majoriteten av sidorna skall innehålla 3 bilder och majoriteten av serieepisoderna sträcka sig över 3 bilder. För publikationer utgivna före 1900 förtecknas dock alla som är serie-föregångare eller har enstaka serier. Ursprungsland och startår har givits därså varit möjligt, och serierna beskrivs utifrån en mall, där färg, teckningsstil, inriktning, förekomst av våld, synen på främmande folkslag och kvinnosyn ingår. Åldersnivå och i vissa fall köprekommendationer lämnas. Målgruppen är i första hand bibliotekarier och andra serieinköpare.

    I denna uppsats redogörs för den sociala biblioteksverksamheten i Östersund och ges ett förslag till utbyggd verksamhet, i första hand inom Frösödals och Hornsbergsområdena på Frösön. Jämförelse görs med andra kommuners verksamhet och det resoneras kring frågan "Hur nå de presumtiva låntagarna?"

    Förslagen till utbyggd verksamhet bygger till stor del på intervjuer och samtal med olika befattningshavare inom äldreomsorgen, de kyrkliga församlingarna, Röda Korset och Landstinget. Förhoppningen är att förslagen ska kunna användas vid en utbyggnad av den sociala biblioteksverksamheten i Östersunds kommun.

    Abstract [en]

    The aim of this study is to ascertain where pupils in primaryschool search for information when they have a specific question to answer. I also question how they explain their choice, how they perceive the results of their search process and what perceptions librarian and teachers hold regarding students' informationretrieval.

    I focus in particular on how the pupils’ made their choice: nonfiction books contra the Internet in order to discover whether orn ot Internet has, by and large, replaced nonfiction books for pupils.The empirical data was collected through interviews with fourpupils, their teacher and their school librarian. The material has beenanalysed and interpreted based upon Carol C. Kuhlthaus´ teachingmodel and previous research.

    The results of my study indicate that nonfiction books have lost theirr elevance in terms of pupils' information retrieval. Pupils’ firstchoice when searching for information is Internet. Howevernonfiction material has still an important role to play. Many slowreaders or readers who are generally uninterested in reading fiction choose to read nonfiction for pleasure. Reading nonfiction also improves reading skills and in particular reading comprehension. Moreover all pupils must learn how to read for information and to understand what they are reading before they are able to navigate the more advanced texts used on Internet. Thereby it is possible to explain a demand for well written nonfiction literature both now and in the future.

    Redovisning och värdering av förvaltningsfastigheter: Analys av fastighetsförvaltningsbolag listade på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm2013Independent thesis Advanced level (degree of Master (One Year))Student thesis

    En förvaltningsfastighet har i syfte att generera hyresinkomster eller en värdestegring. År 2005 implementerades standarden IAS 40 som behandlar förvaltningsfastigheter, vilket bidrog till möjligheten att värdera förvaltningsfastigheterna till verkligt värde i koncernredo-visningen. Fokus i den här studien ligger på IAS 40 och de värderingsmetoder och upplys-ningar som framkommer i standarden. IAS 40 är en konvergerad standard som ges ut av IASB för att skapa större jämförbarhet mellan redovisningen och värderingen i de europeiska länderna och övriga världen. Studien syftar till att undersöka hur fastighetsförvaltningsbolagen noterade på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm redovisar och värderar förvaltningsfastigheter i koncernens finansiella rapport under åren 2007-2011. Studien syftar även till att undersöka om upplysningskraven i IAS 40 p. 75 a, d-e följs. Urvalet i studien består av 15 företag som tillhör branschen ”Uthyrning och förvaltning av fastigheter”. Vid bearbetning och granskning av företagens finansiella rapporter användes en mall med sju huvudfrågor för att objektivt och rättvist kunna bedöma alla företag och år på samma sätt. I studien framkommer det att samtliga undersökta företag redovisar och värderar förvaltnings-fastigheterna till verkligt värde. Det är endast ett bolag som har använt sig av huvudmetoden för verkligt värde vid samtliga undersökta år. Två företag har valt att byta metod till huvud-metoden när konjunkturen var bättre, vilket kan bero på att det var fler fastighetstransaktioner på marknaden. Resterande företag har använt sig av kassaflödesmetoden under samtliga undersökta år. Många av företagen gav upplysning om att de använde en blandning av huvudmetoden och kassaflödesmetoden, men det framkommer inte i IAS 40 att det går att blanda metoderna. Det var 90 procent av företagen i undersökningen som använde kassa-flödesmetoden och inget av dem har gett upplysning om varför de inte har använt huvud-metoden. I studien har det framkommit att det bör motiveras för vilken värderingsmetod företaget har valt att tillämpa. Upplysningskarven i IAS 40 är principbaserade vilket innebär att företagen ges möjlighet att tolka och tyda standarden. Företagen i undersökningen har uppgett olika mängd information och i några rapporter kan det saknas upplysningar. Vid en principbaserad standard ges det tolkningsutrymme till företagen, vilket innebär att företagen kan använda olika begrepp för samma metod. Användning av olika begrepp gör det svårt för intressenter att få en klar bild över företagens värderingsmetod. Studien har visat att det behövs en förbättring och förtyd-ligande av standarden IAS 40. Studien har även visat att det är en fördel att använda både en extern och en intern värdering då det bidar med mer information än vad enbart ett av värderingssätten gör. Den externa värderingen skulle kunna användas som en kvalitetssäkring av den interna värderingen och förtagen skulle då kunna använda all kunskap som finns att tillgå om marknaden och fastigheten.

    Abstract [en]

    The aim of this thesis is to explore and outline the cataloguing of sound recordings at two main Swedish audiovisual archives, The National Archive of Recorded Sound and Moving Images Statens ljud- och bildarkiv, SLBA and The Grammophone Record Archive of the Swedish Radio Sveriges Radios grammofonarkiv and its data base GAMBA. As non-book, non-printed, material in many ways differs from printed material, the institutions that deal with this kind of material have often developed their own rules for the cataloguing of it. The general codes for cataloguing, AACR2 and KRS, are insufficiently suited for audiovisual material. That is the reason why the IASA Cataloguing Rules, presented in this thesis, have been created. After the presentation of the IASA rules the problems of accounting for important sections of the catalogue record are discussed such as title, statement of respeonsbility, performers, physical description and notes. The two archives in question are then presented. Of those the SLBA has developed its own version of the IASA Cataloguing Rules and the Grammophone Record Archive works according to its own system. The SLBA version is first compared to the KRS, after which a comparative study is made of the cataloguing of six different sound recordings. In order to deepen the analysis a study is made of how well the catalogue records match the FRBR requirements on information standards with the purpose of making it possible to find and to identify the information required. The study shows that GAMBA to a slightly higher degree meets these requirements as their catalogue records offer more detailed information. The SLBA catalogue records would be insufficient for the users of GAMBA and the two archives would not be able to use each others systems while the needs of the users are different. In conclusion this study illustrates the difficulty in developing a general standard, suitable for every type of archive for this kind of material.

    Abstract [en]

    This Master thesis studies how a diversified institutional care organisation can optimise its collective knowledge resources so to manage and distribute this knowledge to different parts of the organisation with help of the organisations intranet. The purpose of the study is to examine if knowledge management and the organisations intranet can be used to create, store, transfer and better use the knowledge within the organisation. Through a case study the thesis will look at different knowledge processes and their relation to the organisations intranet. The case study includes a questionnaire for the whole organisation and qualitative interviews with seven persons from different levels of the organisation. The theoretical framework of the study approaches knowledge management and intranet through four knowledge processes. The results show that knowledge management and the organisations intranet can be used to develop and maintain the organisations knowledge resources although today the intranet mostly has a function as an information channel between the top management and the middle management. The conclusion is that the concept of knowledge management, is a useful approach to better develop, uphold and distribute knowledge resources via intranet in the organisation.

    This thesis aims to describe the genre of librarypodcasts that have emerged in Sweden since 2013.Through the overall design of a comparative multiplecasestudy, the two pioneering examples ofCirkelpodden and Bibliotekspodden Solen are beingdescribed and compared, in order to contribute to abetter understanding of what these radio productionsconsist of, on what reasons they have been establishedand finally what this practice based on more explicitjournalistic working methods might implicate for theprofession of the public librarian.Thirty-three programs of Cirkelpodden andBibliotekspodden Solen published during 2103–2014 andtwo semi-structured interviews with the librarians ofthe podcasts are analysed through quantitative contentanalysis and qualitative thematic analysis. Thetheoretical framework is principally based on WiebeBijker’s model of two different ways to perceivetechnology: the deterministic view as an autonomousforce, and the constructivist view as an instrumentcontrolled by man.The results show that the main reasons to adopt thisweb 2.0 media format was to improve the library’straditional ways to talk about books. Besidespresenting books and problematizing the inhold of it,the podcasts were used to enhance the job satisfactionand to promote the library. The main conclusion ofthe study is that the these library podcasts could beinterpreted as expressions of an ongoing movementfrom a traditional conveying role of the publiclibrarian, towards a more content producing role, inwhich the podcast is used as an strategic instrumentfor exposing the librarians expertise and for exertingliterary criticism.

    Abstract [en]

    During the past decades, explanation of capital structures through firm-specific performance variables has increasingly drawn the attention of researchers (for example Kester, 1986; Friend and Lang,1988; Titman & Wessels,1988; Rajan and Zingales,1995: Wald,1999: Ozkan,2001; Zou & Xiao, 2006). In fact, the researchers have attempted to explain how selected firm-specific performance variables - often drawn from the context of annual reports - have affected the outgrowths of various capital structures. The resulting capital structures have often been used to make either comparisons between the two sets of companies or explaining the changes of capital structure over time. However, a focus on the processes of these researches reveals that for the studies of capital structures different methods were applied. In addition to this, the choice of variables was not methodologically reasoned. As a consequence, explanations of the outgrowth of the capital structures appeared being highly ambiguous and paradoxical. This study examines the problem attached to the choices and definitions of variables. It has the intension to demonstrate that rules applied for the selection, definitions, and measurements of the variables are the main causes to the ambiguous and paradoxical results of the past research on capital structure. By reviewing a number of prior empirical researches, this study reveals some inconsistency arising from the failure to apply a common rule in definitions, selections and measurement of the variables.

    Abstract [sv]

    Bakgrund Den tekniska utrustningen i skolan används här som ett samlingsnamn på verktyg som persondator, dokumentkamera, projektor och smartboard. Att eleverna kan använda denna utrustning finns med som uppnåendemål i den nya läroplanen. Den teoretiska utgångpunkten i min undersökning kommer från litteraturen samt de båda teoretikerna Freinet och Dewey. Det centrala för dem är elevernas praktiska deltagande, vilket återspeglas i begreppet learning by doing med ursprung hos Dewey. Syfte Att undersöka hur pedagoger och elever på en utvald skola använder sig av den tekniska utrustningen som de har tillgång till. Detta för att ta reda på om de ekonomiska resurser som satsas på den tekniska utrusningen på skolan ger några positiva resultat på elevernas inlärning. Metod Denna undersökning har gjorts med kvalitativ analys som ansats. Datainsamling har skett med hjälp av intervjuer av tre pedagoger och sex elever i årskurs 6. Sedan har dessa transkriberats och analyserats. Resultat Genomgående visar resultaten av intervjuerna på att den tekniska utrustningen som finns på skolan används främst till olika form av visualisering. Elever och pedagogers användning skiljer sig åt både i användningssätt och hur ofta den tekniska utrustningen används. Eleverna använder den tekniska utrustningen till följande: att skriva rent på datorn, rättstavningsprogram, tabellträningsprogram samt att göra powerpoint-presentationer. Huvudsakligen används utrustningen några gånger per vecka, men inte så ofta som dagligen. Det framgår att den tekniska utrustningen är tidsbesparande för både elever och pedagoger. Det går dock inte att tydligt koppla effektiviseringen till en ökad inlärning hos eleverna. Det framgår också att det är svårt för eleverna att reflektera över sin egen inlärning.

    The essay’s language is swedish.Our study is about motivation and dissatisfaction with employees and managers. The work ismore about what motivates people in the workplace and what makes them unhappy. Themotivation can be achieved through two types of rewards, monetary and non-monetaryrewards. Where monetary reward involves performance pay or a bonus and non-monetarymeans travel, equipment and other benefits. This is the most common form of reward systemwhose purpose is to create a high motivation to ensure the effectiveness of the business ororganization. The essay is based on Herzberg’s two-factor theory, which consists ofmotivation and hygiene factors. The problem that remains today is the companies are notready to raise the hygiene factors if they consider those that exist are already reasonable. Thismay mean that employees don’t feel motivated enough, which in turn leads to adissatisfaction at the workplace. Companies use reward system to recruit, motivate and retaincompetent employees to their organizations.In this paper, the question was: How the factors and rewards affect employees and managers,and which factors motivate and create displeasure at the workplace?Our purpose was to highlight the views of managers and employees what is important to themwhen it comes to motivation and hygiene factors and rewards. The aim is to have a betterinsight into the reward system’s functionality in the organization, how different rewards andfactors satisfy the employees.We have choser open unstructured interviews to work with because we want to create adeeper discussion about how important reward systems are for the respondents. Weinterviewed seven respondents, of which four are managers and three employees.In our study, we have come to the conclusion that managers and employees are satisfied withtheir monetary and non-monetary rewards and that they experience some dissatisfaction at theworkplace. The study also showed that factors like rarely getting feedback, bad workingconditions, work under pressure, bad relationships between colleagues and a lot ofresponsibility can in the future lead to employees getting tired of the job and that they canthen apply for work at new companies that have better reward systems.

    Abstract [en]

    The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate how books are weeded in some Swedish public libraries today. It tries to shed light on some of the problems and obstacles that may arise, and on the criteria used by staff for weeding. I also hope to build a model for weeding, based on the results of my investigation. The method I have chosen for my work is qualitative interviews. The results of my thesis indicate that weeding is not the top priority of the staff at the investigated libraries. Apart from one library, which had a very general local policy on weeding to aid the staff, none of the other libraries had a written policy. Time for weeding is claimed to be scarce. Different kinds of weeding aids are suggested, such as written weeding policies, handbooks on different literature genres, networks including experts etc. The model I propose suggests the use of written policies on collection development, the use of a more systematic approach to weeding, more discussion among the staff on weeding criteria and the use of weeding aids such as handbooks, computer systems etc.

    Abstract [en]

    In a general comment on article 31 UN warns against an increasing pressure for learning. A consequence of this is that children`s free spontaneous play is marginalized and that children’s spontaneous play is under pressure. With this as our backdrop we will do a close reading of how play is presented in the official documents regarding children`s institutionalized leisure in after-school programs in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Our reading show that there is room for interpretation and that the official documents are open to an understanding of play as something instrumental. This is in line with what we interpret as a dominating perspective on play. Our reading also shows that the documents are open up to a change of perspective where play is regarded for its own value.

    Abstract [en]

    For André Malraux the purpose of cultural policy was to promote human sociability and French national identity by giving as many Frenchmen as possible access to the great works of art, and especially the French ones. He wanted to keep the influence of market forces at a distance. The purpose of this article is to give an historical perspective of the French tradition of strong ties between political power and the arts. Under Louis XIV the arts were subjugated to the purpose of securing obedience by celebrating the glory of the monarchy, particularly using Versailles as a cultural and social as well as a political instrument of power. Creating the royal academies was part of this strategy. This was, however, not solely a subjugation, but also a liberation from the medieval, economic framework of the guilds, creating a separate aesthetic sphere. In the 18th century this sphere would form the basis for autonomus aesthetic judgements, which would then be turned into moral and political judgements. The 18th century saw at first a resurgence of aristocratic power, symbolized aesthetically in the Fête galante immortalized by Watteau. Towards the end of the century a moralizing patriotic movement gained ascendancy, often adopting a critical stance against both monarchy and aristocracy. The ascendancy of stern patriotism, politically and aesthetically, reached its apogee in the radical phase of the French Revolution, symbolized in the twin roles of Jacques-Louis David as politician and leading artist. Under the Revolution we see the processes of both liberation and of a subjugation of art to politics more thorough than ever before. A lasting result of the French Revolution was to appropriate cultural objects as a national cultural heritage and turn them into subjects of pedagogy, especially through the establishement of public museums, archives and libraries.

    Abstract [en]

    In Sweden most public libraries give users access to databases. These databases are sometimes possible to reach outside the library by internet at any time and this provides a change for the library and the society. Librarians function as change agents when they give access to databases and when databases are introduced to users. However, reports show that the use of databases, especially those in English, is not high in reference work. This study aims at analysing attitudes of librarians to access and use of databases on and by public libraries. Are there role conflicts or other barriers that may block the use and availability of databases? To study and discuss reference librarians and their role as change agents the theory of attitudes in diffusion of innovations by Everett Rogers is used. The interviews with seven librarians in this study show that they are positive to the use of databases both in their reference work and for the users themselves, though some barriers and role conflicts can be identified. For example librarians can have insufficient knowledge of how to use databases or how to make them useful in their reference work. Factors that might increase their willingness to totally adopt databases could be a greater amount of relative advantage, compatibility, observability and trialability but less of complexity, as these concepts are described in Everett Rogers theory about attitudes in diffusion of innovations.

    Sverige har sedan lång tid tillbaka varit världsledande när det gäller ett inkluderande ledarskap med en medarbetarorienterad styrning. Utvecklingen sedan 1990-talet har dock medfört att nya ägarformer och en mångfald skilda lednings- och styrningsprinciper har tillkommit som ställer nya krav på ledarskapet, vilket inneburit en rad utmaningar för chefer som utövar ett inkluderande ledarskap.

    Rapporten grundar sig i en forskningscirkel som rör frågan om svenskt management med ett inkluderande ledarskap fortsatt är relevant i dagens globala värld. I forskningscirkeln har ingått två arbetslivsforskare och fem chefer och ledare i ideell och privat sektor. Gemensamt för alla deltagare är en tro på ett inkluderande ledarskap som ett sätt att leda för att bibehålla och utveckla livskraft i organisationer.

    Resultatet visar att ett inkluderande ledarskap fortsatt är relevant och har framtiden för sig. Närhet och tillit mellan chef och medarbetare visar sig vara nödvändigt för att kunna utveckla och upprätthålla organisatorisk resiliens eller långsiktig livskraft.

    Denna utvärdering av hur tillgänglig utbildningen är för elever med funktionshinder har särskilt tagit fasta på elevernas egna beskrivningar av sin skolkarriär. I studien undersöks och analyseras vad som är väsentligt för tillgängligheten i grund- och gymnasieskolan och vad som kan ses som hindrande. Slutsatserna handlar inte i första hand om de tekniska och materiella lösningarna utan snarare om sådant som kan sammanfattas i kompetens, kreativitet och professionalism. Sådant som bidrar till att göra eleverna delaktiga i sin egen utveckling.
