Följande paper beskriver hur personametodik har använts vid ett förändringsarbete gällande bibliotekslokaler vid Högskolan i Borås. Det konkreta arbetet med lokalöversynen innehöll även andra metoder och moment, men i detta paper beskrivs i huvudsak hur ovanstående metodik har använts.
