Abstract [sv]

Den här studien har som syfte att bidra medkunskap kring förskollärares relationskompetens. De goda relationerna som studien avser är av den mellanmänskliga aspekten av relationer utifrån Bubers dialogfilosofi (Buber1995). Studien har genomförts som en kvalitativ semistrukturerad intervjustudie inspirerad av en fenomenologisk forskningsansats, med syfte att sätta ord på den tysta kunskap som förskollärares relationskompetens ofta beskrivs som. Forskning kring förskolläraresrelationskompetens är under uppstart och utveckling, och det finns därmed behov av merforskning inom området (Aspelin 2016). Resultatet av studien påvisar att förskolläraresrelationskompetens kan beskrivas som ett medvetet förhållningssätt innefattande att förskolläraren innehar känslomässig lyhördhet, förståelse samt tillgänglighet inför barnen på förskolan.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this study is to contribute knowledge about the Competency of relationshipbuilding of preschool teachers. The good relationships studied are of the interpersonal aspect of relationships based on Buber’s dialogue philosophy (Buber 1995). The study has been conducted as a qualitative semistructured interview study inspired by a phenomenological research approach, with the aim of putting into words the tacit knowledge that the competency of relationshipbuilding of preschool teachers often is described as. Research about the competency of relationsshipbuidling of preschool teachers is often described as under starting up and developing, and there is therefore a need for more research in the area (Aspelin 2016). The results of this study show that the competency of relationshipbuilding of preschool teachers can be written as a conscious approach including that the preschool teacher possesses emotional sensitivity, understanding and accessibility to the children at the preschool.
