This bachelor thesis describes the process of evalua-ting a website within business-to-business to then create a development proposal in forms of a prototy-pe. The study immerses into the B2B company Docuware and their website. The goal is to develop and improve target group adaptability and usability, performed by creating a prototype and a requirement specification. The study is largely qualitative, but is formed by both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify the problem areas found on Docuware's website. The purpose is to produce a prototype and a requirement specification that provides suggestions on how Docuware's website can be improved to re-ach its target audience. The purpose is achieved by acquiring previous research and analysis tools over the current site. Four basic principles of interaction design were used as a comprehensive analysis tool through the course of the study. The study resulted in a prototype and a requirement specification that provides suggestions for a more targeted site. The conclusion in this study is that Docuware does not work actively after its users and has not identified them by target groups. The site can be developed to meet its users and be more tailored to their potential audiences. Proposals for further research are to de-velop audience analysis to become more competiti-ve, as well as to develop a more targeted website.
