Development of RK fysiocenters web site : Based on result and analysis from two separate researches (English)
Abstract [en]

The following report reviews the RK fysiocenter website and the steps taken in its development. The company is relatively new and is aiming to expand their customer base and turnover. The purpose of the review was to find out how the site could be developed to attract more customers. Two studies were carried out to meet the purpose. The first study included a questionnaire, which examined how the current website works when it comes to design and userfriendlyness, and a survey consisting six individual interviews that explored what is expected from a naprapats website. The second study included an observational study with inerview-style questions on twelve individuals that specifically matched RK fysiocenters target group. The two studies tried to investigate the same thing but in two different ways. An analysis and a comparison were made of the results from both studies. From this analysis solutions were documented, including adjustments to design elements, making it more personal and tailoring it to customer needs. The solutions were approved by RK fysiocenter and launched on their website.
