Information architecture is of great importance for web development. A good information architecture helps people to find and understand information. The purpose of the survey is to investigate how the infor-mation on Kronocamping Saxnäs website should be sorted based on a target group perspective. The study adopts a user-centered approach and is based on a contextual inquiry influenced by usability tests and a card sorting. The result shows that the same infor-mation is available in several places on the site, while some information is missing, difficult to understand and/or not updated. Users also do not understand where they are one the website solely on color coding. There are also labels that are vague and do not reflect the content. Based on this, several development pro-posals have been developed. One type of content should be placed on one page but can be linked to a several pages. Information that is missing, not up-dated and/or difficult to understand should be supple-mented, updated, rewritten and/or restructured. Breadcrumbs are needed on the site to allow users to understand where they are so that they can easily move backwards and navigate upwards in the struc-ture. Labels that are unclear and do not reflect the content should be changed so they become more con-crete and reflect the content.
