Description [en]

Getting dressed is an act of everyday life, and by wearing and documenting each garment in my wardrobe this destination aimed to find relational and aesthetic aspects of the act of wearing. A wardrobe contains many memories – of events, trends, and people we meet – and provides a connection to our clothes. Dressing and wearing is about reflecting, seeing how a garment fits and what it looks like in relation to other bodies, or our expectations of those we are to meet during the day. However there is also an emotional connection, as clothes can hold and store feelings. Taking all of the clothes out of a wardrobe, even those that have not been used for many years, and wearing them gives rise to both memories of the past and new aesthetic combinations, which sometimes clash. The moment a picture is posted on social media I present myself, my memories, my history, my taste, my feelings, my body, my pose, my facial expressions, and even my home.
