The purpose of this study is to investigate libraries and librarians work on accessibility for people who are neurodiverse. There is a shortage of library science research in this particular area, but in recent years there has been a new focus for neurodiverse people. How this study sheds light on this area is through semi-structured interviews from four different libraries and librarians, where the interviews focus on accessibility in the treatment and library environment. The results of these interviews are analyzed and discussed using Buckland's theory (1991) of information barriers. The conclusion of this study is that the librarians believe that they work well with the adaptation for neurodiverse people, but there are a lot of areas that they wish could be improved and become more clear.
