Abstract [sv]

I Sverige har övergången till distansarbete haft en avgörande inverkan på ledarskapets rollsamt bidragit till effekter på organisationen. Detta har bidragit till drastiska ändringar vidövergången från det klassiska ledarskap till det nya digitala ledarskap. Det har även bidragittill stora effekter på organisationen i form av nya framtida arbetssätt samt en mer transparentorganisation.Uppsatsen skall ge läsaren en överblick av hur storföretagen i Sverige har tacklat denpåtvingade digitalisering. Uppsatsen har begränsats till fem cases, Spotify, Microsoft, Blocket,Forza Football samt Tele2. Syftet är att skapa en djupare förståelse för hur ledarskapet harpåverkats vid den påtvingade digitaliseringen samt vilka effekter det har fått påorganisationen.Genom en kvalitativ metod har det undersökts hur fem stora svenska företag arbetar meddigitalisering samt hur det har påverkat ledarskapet och organisationen. Uppsatsengenomfördes med hjälp av nyhetsartiklar, poddar, rapporter, tv-program, video samtinformation från företagens hemsidor som berör det valda ämnet.Resultatet visar tydliga kopplingar mellan alla fem cases, i form av det nya ledarskapet samtkonsekvenserna och följderna som det har fått på organisationen.

Abstract [en]

In Sweden, the transition to telework has had a decisive impact on the role of leadership andcontributed to effects on the organization. This has contributed to drastic changes in thetransition from classical leadership to the new digital leadership. It has also contributed tomajor effects on the organization in the form of new future working methods and a moretransparent organization.The essay will give the reader an overview of how large companies in Sweden have tackledthe forced digitization. The thesis has been limited to five cases, Spotify, Microsoft, Blocket,Forza Football and Tele2. The purpose is to create a deeper understanding of how leadershiphas been affected by the forced digitization and what effects it has had on the organization.Through a qualitative method, it has been investigated how five large Swedish companieswork with digitization and how it has affected leadership and the organization. The essay wascarried out with the help of news articles, podcasts, reports, TV programs, video andinformation from the companies' websites that touch on the chosen topic.The results show clear connections between all five cases, in the form of the new leadershipand the consequences and consequences it has had on the organization.
