Abstract [en]

With the increase of knowledge intensive organizations, knowledge management plays a fundamental role. Organizations are dependent on the success of its individual projects and are facing a challenging environment where a competitive edge is required. Further, improved knowledge sharing is associated with faster decision making and reduced risk of making the same mistakes repeatedly. This study aims to explore the ways organizations can leverage Natural Language Processing as a tool to improve knowledge sharing between projects at project-based organizations. It is a case study of a knowledge sharing tool at a project-based organization.
