För att på ett strukturerat sätt kunna angripa fuktproblemen i byggbranschen, har Boverket

tillsammans med Fuktcentrum vid Lunds Tekniska Högskola (LTH) och andra aktörer tagit

fram en branschstandard som kallas ByggaF. Detta för att kunna kommunicera fuktsäkerheten

genom hela byggprocessen. ByggaF innehåller rutiner och hjälpmedel för att kunna stödja

såväl mindre som större företag med fuktproblemen genom hela byggprocessen. ByggaF är

väldigt generell vilket gör att den behöver anpassas efter företagets arbetssätt.

För att få en överblick över hur välanvänt ByggaF är gjordes det en fallstudie på några av

Borås lokala byggföretag samt på några av de större byggföretagen i Sverige. Syftet var att

försöka ta reda på om de tyckte den var användarvänlig samt vad de tyckte var bra eller dåligt

med den. Denna undersökning gick ut på att aktörerna fick en enkät att besvara som sedan

sammanfattades och användes för att anpassa en fuktsäkerhetsplan till Derome.

Detta arbete har valt att avgränsa sig till fuktproblem i produktionen på prefabricerade

konstruktioner av trä hos Derome. För att kunna anpassa ByggaF efter Deromes behov

gjordes undersökningar i hur Derome behandlar fuktproblemen i nuläget samt vilka dokument

som användes. Undersökningen hos Derome och fallstudien med de olika aktörerna lade

grunden till utformningen av fuktsäkerhetsplanen. Eftersom Derome har en egen fabrik, Ahus,

som producerar de prefabricerade elementen har det även tagits hänsyn till detta. Med

denna information anpassades en fuktsäkerhetsplan i produktionen med hänsyn till

prefabricerade trämoduler.

In order to tackle the moisture problems in the construction industry in a structured way.

Boverket together with Fuktcentrum at Lunds Tekniska Högskola (LTH) and other actors

have developed an industry standard called ByggaF, this to be able to communicate the

moisture safety throughout the whole of the construction process. It includes procedures and

tools to support smaller, as well as larger companies with moisture problems. This means that

it is very general and can lead to that various companies have difficulty in applying it

precisely to their way of working.

To get an overview of how well-used ByggaF is, a case study were made of the local as well

as some of the larger construction companies. The purpose was to try to find out if they

thought it was user-friendly, and on what they thought was good or bad with it. This study

was summarized and applied after Deromes needs.

This work has chosen to limit itself to moisture problems in the production of prefabricated

constructions of wood at Derome. In order to adapt ByggaF after Deromes needs

investigations were made in how Derome deals with moisture problems currently and what

documents that were used. Since Derome has its own factory, A-hus, which produces the

prefabricated elements this has also been taken into account. With this information a moisture

security plan was adapted in the production with regarding to the prefabricated wooden

modules.
